Emergency Shutdown safety valves for pipelines

For oil&gas wells and for all applications where the fluid pressure must be monitored and must be closed within a preset range and above we supply our Safety Shut-off valves. The typically ball valve is operated by a spring-to-close hydraulic actuator, which can be opened by hydraulic hand pump which will be self-contained after the opening. Two pilot valves monitoring the fluid pressure and if the transported fluid pressure drops below a preset value or above the hydraulic circuit pull down and the spring close the valve. The closure is remotely, using solenoid valve can still force and the end position limit switch assembly to be indicated.
Typical sizes: DN50-DN200, PN64-PN160 or API6A 3-1/8” 5000PSI and 3-1/16” 10000PSI
